Wednesday 01 November 2023 - 12.00
The concern over employee engagement especially with more people than ever before working remotely, has put a renewed emphasis on the employee experience.
A good employee experience which starts before someone even joins the company means good employee engagement – good employee engagement can be used as an indicator of a happy workforce. Which means you have a better chance of retaining staff, even through difficult times.
In this session, (the first of six sessions in this Employee Experience series) Oracle’s Leatham Green will talk about the benefits of a good Employee Experience, what they involve in today’s market and how having the right tools and the right processes can mean a higher staff retention.

Session 2 - Why Employee Experience should start before they become an employee

In this session hear from Namos’ Pete Gutteridge-Paye how you can increase recruitment and spend less time finding the right person and how you can give the power back to the recruiting manager, so they feel involved in the process and most importantly in control of the process along with the recruitees. He will also discuss a few use cases to really bring this system to life.
